PURPOSE: A polarizing plate, a fabricating method thereof, an optical member and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) are provided to excellently hold adhesion with a polarizing film and have durability. CONSTITUTION: A protection film includes an epoxy resin as a main component in at least one side of a polarizing film. The epoxy resin does not include a direction ring. The polarizing film is a polyvinyl alcohol film in which a dichromatic dye is adsorbed and aligned. An unhardening epoxy resin compound is coated on at least one side of the polarizing film, and the unhardening epoxy resin compound is hardened to form the protection film.
