The invention relates to a method of obtaining a humic extract from mineral and organic sources which can be used to concentrate the liquid extract characteristics of same. The inventive method consists in, first, obtaining a humic extract from a first organic source using an alkaline extraction solution and, subsequently, using the residual alkalinity in order to extract partially the active ingredients from a second mineral source. The invention also relates to a product which can be used as a conditioner for cultivation soils and as a physiological activator for vegetables.
