<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising composite system, advertising composite program, or the like excellent in the capability of gathering customers. <P>SOLUTION: A center personal computer 24 performs editing of an insert flier based on an operator's input instruction (S5). When printing is instructed (S6), transmitting information is set (S7), and the insert flier is printed by a printer (S8). The insert flier is delivered to each home on an advertisement insert day (e.g., Thursday) via a newspaper store. Advertising information is transmitted to a predetermined transmission address by e-mail in interlocking with the advertisement insert day (S9). For a specified commodity, discount information or cooking recipe information is transmitted by e-mail during a special sales period.
