<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture with improved decorativeness by changing an appearance according to the brightness of surroundings and lighting on/off of a light source. <P>SOLUTION: A cover 2 is provided with a first decoration part 3 showing a first pattern seen when the light source is lit or when the surroundings are bright, and a second decoration part 4 showing a second pattern seen when the light source is put off and the surroundings are dark. Further, the second decoration part 4 is covered with the first decoration part 3 as seen from outside of the cover 2. Since different patterns are shown on the cover 2 when the light source is lit and the surroundings are bright and when the light source is put off and the surroundings are dark, decorativeness is improved by changing of an appearance due to brightness of the surroundings and lighting on/off of the light source. Furthermore, since the second decoration part 4 is hidden by the first decoration part 3 when the light source is lit or the surroundings are bright, a surprise feeling brought about when the second pattern appears is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
