<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for automobile interior which is thinned and reduced in weight by the thinning without generating residue, even if the material is burned when discarded. <P>SOLUTION: This base material 1 is made of a synthetic resin material foam-molded by a reinforced reaction injection molding method. The base material 1 is reinforced by dispersing carbon fibers 2 by mixing the carbon fibers into the synthetic resin material before the foam-molding. Polyurethane resin is desirably used as a raw material of the synthetic resin material. The carbon fibers 2 of fiber lengths 50 to 2000μm are desirably mixed by about 1 to 20% of a weight ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
