<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To peel a component adhered to a sheet without load. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet peeler has a peeling block 15 on which the sheet 3 with the component 4 adhered to is mounted, a recess 16 provided on the block 15, a pin 17 planted on the recess 16, a vent hole 18 provided in the recess 16, a vacuum pump provided to couple with the hole 18, and a nozzle 21 provided to come into contact with the upper part of the component 4a.
