<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction indicating device for a vehicle, avoiding an accident during U-turn and notifying outside persons of an emergent state in emergency. <P>SOLUTION: On the direction indicating device for the vehicle, a U-turn indicating lamp and/or an emergency indicating lamp is provided in addition to regular right- and left-turn indicating lamps.
