<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of surely and efficiently notifying an owner of abnormality in an automobile in parking. <P>SOLUTION: A data analysis part 20 in an abnormality notification device 50 decides whether abnormality is generated in an automobile 1 or not by analyzing data measured by respective sensors 15 for monitoring the states of the automobile 1, and when abnormality is generated, transmits an e-ID indicating the sort of the abnormality to a notification part 36. At the time of receiving the e-ID, the notification part 36 retrieves respective contact addresses corresponding to the e-ID and notification parties to which these contact addresses belong from the plurality of contact adresses registered in a contact adress registration section 32.
