PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite resin with high adhesive properties to various base materials, hot water resistance and good diluting stability with an alcohol without requiring desolvation in a manufacturing process for the copolymerized composite resin of a polyurethane and an unsaturated monomer, and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The composite resin is manufactured by copolymerizing (5) a polymerizable unsaturated group-containing polyurethane resin prepared by reacting (1) a polyisocyanate, (2) an active hydrogen atom-containing polyfunctional compound, (3) a compound with an active hydrogen and a polymerizable unsaturated group, and (4) a hydrazone, with (6) a polymerizable unsaturated monomer.
