PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing flexible polyurethane foam that has low impact resilience and low temperature dependency of foam hardness. SOLUTION: In this method for producing flexible polyurethane foam, (A) the polyol components and (B) the polyisocyanate components are allowed to react with each other in the presence of (C) a catalyst, (D) a foaming agent and (E) a foam stabilizer where the component (A) contains two kinds of specific polyols, the component (B) contains MDI urethane pre-polymer and the impact resilience of the resultant foam is≤20 %.
