摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed A/D conversion circuit capable of meeting demands for high speed and increase in quantization number in limited process performance of an integrated circuit. SOLUTION: The high-speed A/D conversion circuit is equipped with a high-speed A/D converting means constituted by a plurality of A/D conversion circuits (5-1, 5-2 to 5-n) for converting an analog signal of a specified bit rate into a digital signal by using a threshold signal and a clock signal including a plurality of thresholds. The respective A/D conversion circuits (5-1, 5-2 to 5-n) convert the identical analog signal into the digital signal by using the threshold signal which is not correlated to other threshold signals and can set a value individually and the clock signals having different phases from one another. Thus, it is possible to sufficiently meet the demands for high speed of the bit rate and increase in quantization number in the field of optical communication or the like.
