PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability, and to reduce the manufacturing cost and the power consumption of a motor. SOLUTION: A locking member 40, formed of a material having superior in wear resistance and low in friction coefficient, is held by a second swelled portion 37 of a bearing case 35. The locking portions 43a, 43a of rod springs 43 are locked to the bent portion 39a of the bearing case 35 and the heat radiation holes 25a in a frame 25. An adjustment screw 41 is screwed in the screw hole 38 in the bearing case 35, and the position of the locking member 40 in the vertical direction is adjusted by this adjustment screw 41.
