PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator which can insulate the set of teeth iron cores and core back iron cores and stator winding from each other while holding them together without fail. SOLUTION: In this stator 100 which is equipped with a plurality of teeth iron cores 11 arranged in a circular form and a plurality of core back iron cores 12 provided between adjacent teeth iron cores 11 into the circular form, a pair of grooves 26 are made at the internal perimeter of each core back iron core 12, in the axial direction of the above core back iron cores 12 arranged in the circular form, and both ends of an insulating member 16 roughly U-shaped in cross section are engaged with the grooves 26 in a pair.
