PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by reducing the number of public lines and to reduce the confirming load on the management person in a monitor system using the public lines for a plurality of facilities. SOLUTION: A monitor system 10 is provided with a master station device which executes a monitor control of a pump station 1 and a plurality of slave station devices which respectively execute a monitor control of pump stations 2-5. A radio communication is performed between the master station device and the slave station devices, and a public line 50 is connected to the master station device. Information of the slave station devices are managed by the master station device as a single unit.
