PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely control the start and stop of a speech recognition processing through an easy operation. SOLUTION: A speech recognition start request reception part 14 is able to receive, as a request to start speech recognition processing, an indication inputted from a speech recognition control button 5 when the speech recognition processing is not being performed. A control part 10 starts the speech recognition processing in response to the received request to start the processing. Further, a speech recognition interruption request reception part 16 receives, as a request to stop the speech recognition processing, an indication inputted from the speech recognition control button 5 when the speech recognition processing is being carried out.
