PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent balance between hardness and mechanical strength, having excellent rubber elasticity, high-temperature creep performance, and moldability, in a wide temperature range, and having excellent oil resistance and heat resistance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) an (meth)acrylic block copolymer, (B) a compound containing two or more amino radicals in its molecule, and (C) a thermoplastic resin, wherein the (meth)acrylic block copolymer (A) is composed of (A1) an (meth)acrylic copolymer block and (A2) an acrylic copolymer block, at least one of the copolymer blocks has at least one (a1) acid anhydride radical expressed by general formula (1) (R<SP>1</SP>is H or methyl; n is an integer of 0 to 3; and m is 0 or 1) in its main chain, and the (meth)acrylic block copolymer (A) and the compound (B) are dynamically crosslinked in the thermoplastic resin (C).
