PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition in which the stress of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer on its low temperature deformation is reduced to impart a rubbery touch and a melt viscosity on low shearing is increased to improve processability. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition comprises (A) 100 pts. wt. of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and (B) 1 to 50 pts. wt. of a resin composition obtained by dynamically cross-linking in the presence of a peroxide a resin composition comprising (B-1) 5 to 30 wt. % of an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer having a (meth)acrylic acid content of 5 to 30 wt. % and (B-2) 95 to 70 wt. % of an ethylene-(meth)acrylic ester-carbon monoxide copolymer having an ethylene content of 40 to 80 wt. %, a (meth)acrylic ester content of 15 to 50 wt. % and a carbon monoxide content of 3 to 30 wt. %.
