PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cured product of an epoxy resin excellent in heat resistance, electrical characteristics, and moisture resistance. SOLUTION: The cured product of an epoxy resin is obtained by using a bifunctional phenylene ether oligomer as the curing agent, and has a high glass transition temperature, a low dielectric constant, a low dielectric dissipation factor and low moisture absorption, and balanced properties inheriting excellent properties of a polyphenylene ether skeleton.
