PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe rotating machine which can be installed even into a narrow space, is simpler than a conventional machine and rotates the pipe safely. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with: a pair of right and left rotating rollers for supporting the vicinity of the end parts of the steel pipe and rotating the pipe; and a pair of right and left press rollers which are provided above the rotating rollers, can freely ascend or descend and hold down the steel pipe.
