PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional oil absorbing sheets require a long time to entirely infiltrate oil thereinto and increases the costs. SOLUTION: Many through-holes are bored through the sheet consisting of at least one fiber selected from a natural vegetable fiber, a chemical fiber, a laminated vegetable fiber, and a laminated chemical fiber, thereby increasing a cross-sectional area thereof to improve the efficiency of oil absorption.
