PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of reducing power consumption while maintaining cooling efficiency at the time of pulling-down. SOLUTION: This cooling device 100 equipped with a refrigerant circuit including a compressor 10 capable of controlling a number of revolutions is provided with a microcomputer 80 as a control device of a condensing unit 100 for controlling the number of revolutions of the compressor 10 between a minimum number of revolutions and a maximum number of revolutions. The microcomputer 80 sets the maximum number of revolutions of the compressor 10 at the time of pulling-down higher than the maximum number of revolutions at ordinary operation so that the number of revolutions of the compressor 10 is controlled.
