The clip manufactured from a stamped bent part has a curved encompassing section (1) to hold a cable or hose and upon which are formed fastening tongues (2,3) on the ends, with one having a female thread and the other a fastening hole. The two fastening tongues can be brought from the open position into a locked parallel spaced apart position. One fastening tongue (3) may have a hook element (6) which locks behind the other fastening tongue. The especially heart-shaped hook has a flange formed on the front edge (3') of the fastening tongue.
