DIELECTRIC LAYER OF PDP AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A dielectric layer of PDP and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize the lowering of a color temperature and enhance a color purity. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer(5) of PDP comprises a first dielectric layer including Nd2O3 of 0-20wt% on a substrate and a second dielectric layer including Nd2O3 of 10 - 40wt% on the first dielectric layer. The total thickness of the first and second dielectric layers is 20-40μm. A method for manufacturing the dielectric layer comprises a step of forming electrodes on the substrate, a step of forming the first dielectric layer, and a step of forming the second dielectric layer on the first dielectric layer.
