MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, LOCATION INFORMATION MANAGING DEVICE, AND ROUTING INFORMATION MANAGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send an incoming call to a mobile node (MN) while suppressing the use of limited radio resources even when a location information managing device does not hold correct location information of the MN being within an area because a mobile router (MR) does not transmits an LU (location information update) signal, or the like due to a communicating status of the mobile router (MR) that represents the location information update (LU) of mobile nodes (MN) existing within a mobile space.

SOLUTION: A location information managing device LM#1 holds a flag showing whether an MR#1 is in a waiting status or a communicating status. When an MN#2 having a master-slave relation with the MR#1 receives an incoming call, the LM#1 refers to the flag to determine the status of the MR#1. When the MR#1 is in a communicating status, the LM#1 inquires of a routing information managing device RM#1 about routing address information of the MR#1, and the LM#1 uses the information to send an incoming call. An MN#2 that forms a master-slave relation with the MR#1 can receive an incoming call without making the MR#1 moving in a communicating status transmit an LU signal.
