PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively discharge smoke and hot air generated from ingredients at the time of heating. SOLUTION: A roaster part D2 comprises an outer grill 21 fixed to an outer case 1, an exhaust duct 25 mounted to a rear stage of the outer grill 21 so as to communicate with the outside of the outer case, and an inner grill 22 removably stored inside the outer grill 21. A plurality of slits 22d for exhaust are formed in a top plate 22-4 of the inner grill 22. Side plates 21-2 and 21-3 on the right and left are arranged in a standing manner on a bottom plate 21-1 of the outer grill 21. Slopes rising from a front opening of the outer grill 21 toward the exhaust duct 25 are provided on the side plates and covered with an outer grill cover 26. The smoke and the hot air generated inside the inner grill 22 pass through the slits 22d by an ascending air current and smoothly flow to the exhaust duct 25 along the slopes.
