PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealed vibration control device capable of achieving vibration control performance in a wide frequency range without deteriorating durability of a diaphragm. SOLUTION: In this liquid sealed vibration control device, of a suspension type, a support load is added in such a direction that a second installation member 12 disposed inside a first installation member 10 that is cylindrical is axially pulled out. A partition part 30 to part a main liquid chamber 32 on the lower side and a subsidiary liquid chamber 34 on the upper side from each other is composed of a piston-like member 36 and a cylinder-like member 38 that are displaceable to vary the volume of both liquid chambers 32 and 34 in accordance with elastic deformation of a vibration control base member 14 when vibration is added. MR fluid 40 of which viscosity is varied in accordance with tension of a magnetic field is sealed and held between both members 36 and 38, and an electromagnet 46 capable of controlling the tension of the magnetic field is also provided.
