PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cross a pedestrian crossing by a pedestrian and a physically handicapped person riding on a wheelchair while facilitating the travelling of a motorcycle and a bicycle at an end on the roadway side in a connecting block installed between a gutter side-ditch block with a top slab inclined for making rainwater falling on a roadway flow and fall into a side ditch and the gutter side-ditch block with a horizontal top slab arranged to a crossing section. SOLUTION: In a street connecting block, a top face on one side forms the same inclined top face 3b as the inclined top slab 10 for the steet side-ditch block A, and the top face on the other side has the same horizontal top face 3a as the horizontal top slab 16 for the steet side-ditch block B arranged to a sidewalk section.
