摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a niobium silicide based niobium based composite material which has improved creep properties at ultrahigh temperature in addition to high temperature strength and cold toughness. SOLUTION: The niobium based composite material comprises, by atom, 5 to 30% Mo, 5 to 30% W, 5 to 18.7% Si, 2 to 20% C and 2 to 20% Hf, and the balance Nb.
