PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a damage on an electroacoustic transducer by reducing the invasion of dust, dirt, etc., from a through hole for sound in an electroacoustic transducing part provided with the electroacoustic transducer comprising a speaker and a microphone in a housing. SOLUTION: In this electroacoustic transducing part 15, a recessed part 17 depressed inwardly from the surface 3a of the housing 3 is provided, through holes 21 and 23 are provided on a side wall part 17a of the recessed part 17, an electroacoustic transducer 19 is provided inside the housing 3, and the electroacoustic transducer 19 communicates with the through holes 21 and 23 through a through hole 24 for sound.
