PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable placing a carried load by eliminating deflection at the central part in the longitudinal direction of a loading platform with a support means when placing the load on the platform. SOLUTION: The loading platform 3A supporting the load 2 is vertically liftable through a lifting means 31 provided at the front and rear part. The support means 41 is provided at the middle part of the lifting means 31 at the front and rear part, and the support means 41 consists of a cylinder device 42 provided in the direction to support the loading platform 3A, an oil tank 44 supplying and draining hydraulic oil 50 to a chamber 48 for contraction and a chamber 49 for expansion of the cylinder device 42, and a pilot check valve 45 controlling flow of the hydraulic oil 50 between the oil tank 44 and the chamber 49 for expansion. Expansion state can be maintained without contracting the cylinder device 42 with the constitution, and the deflection at the central part of the loading platform 3A can be prevented by supporting the central part in the longitudinal direction of the loading platform 3A with the support means 41.
