PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake pressure estimating device capable of improving control accuracy of a brake device by accurately estimating master cylinder fluid pressure and wheel cylinder fluid pressure without using sensors measuring master cylinder fluid pressure and wheel cylinder fluid pressure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a voltage detecting means detecting voltage between motor terminals, a correction amount calculating means calculating a correction amount based on drop of voltage between the terminals during OFF duty time of PWM control signal and an estimation value correction means correcting master cylinder fluid pressure estimation value estimated by a master cylinder fluid pressure estimating means based on correction amount calculated by the correction amount calculating means.
