PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the cleaning time for a printing mask used for printing soldering paste. SOLUTION: A pay-out roller 32, a suction roller 33, a take-up roller 34, a solvent supply part 36, and an air blower 35 are integrally and horizontally moved in the direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of a tape substrate 21 while making the unused face of a cotton sheet 37 for cleaning into contact with a transfer face of the printing mask 31. Accordingly, the cleaning of the printing mask 31 can be executed along the shorter direction of the tape substrate 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
