PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminated film for a balloon which has a floating capacity of at least 150 days and a shape holding capability, is excellent in bending resistance during transportation, floating capacity in rain, shape holding capability, and printing and design effects, and has desirable fundamental characteristics including total thickness for weight reduction, helium-barrier properties, laminate strength, heat seal strength, and bending resistance and the balloon. SOLUTION: The laminated film for the balloon is made of a laminate in which a transparent vapor deposition layer and a gas-barrier intermediate layer containing a water-soluble polymer are formed on one side of a transparent film substrate, a printing layer is formed on at least one side of the intermediate layer, and a sealant layer is formed in turn.
