PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharging device which can stably discharge a high-viscosity liquid without using huge heat energy. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet discharging device 10 has a discharge head 12 and a liquid pressuring device 16. The discharge head 12 includes a heater 38 equipped with a heat energy operative face for applying the heat energy to the liquid to generate bubbles, liquid supply channels 40 with the heat energy operative face of the heater 38 set at wall faces for supplying the liquid to the heat energy operative face, and discharge nozzles 26 for discharging the liquid to a position opposed to the heater 38 via the liquid supply channels 40. The liquid pressuring device 16 connected to the liquid supply channels 40 presses the liquid by a constant pressure. The liquid pressuring device 16 presses the liquid while the pressure is adjusted to maintain a droplet non discharge state of the liquid, and generates liquid droplets by making the liquid discharged from the discharge nozzles 26 with the use of an expansion force of the bubbles generated in the liquid pressured by driving of the heater 38.
