PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a dense and uniform high quality silver mirror film having excellent brightness, to improve operation efficiency with the suppression of the number of processes and to prevent the deterioration of working environment by obstructing the scattering of a 1st liquid and a 2nd liquid. SOLUTION: In a spray gun for forming the silver mirror film on a surface to be coated by spraying the 1st liquid and the 2nd liquid at the same time, a 2nd discharge port for discharging one liquid, an air nozzle for atomizing and mixing the 1st liquid with the 2nd liquid to spray by spirally discharging air and a pure water nozzle for discharging pure water are provided concentrically outside a 1st discharge port for discharging another of the 1st liquid or the 2nd liquid .
