<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide series glass solid electrolyte of high ion conductance and its manufacturing method wherein a high capacity battery can be realized in which charge and discharge speed, output power and cycle lifetime are improved, and provide a lithium battery and a thin-film battery in which the solid electrolyte is adopted. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid electrolyte expressed by a chemical formula 1, M is one or more selected from a group composed of TiO<SB>2</SB>, V<SB>2</SB>0<SB>5</SB>, WO<SB>3</SB>and Ta<SB>2</SB>0<SB>5</SB>, X is one or more selected from a group composed of LiC1 and Li<SB>2</SB>SO<SB>4</SB>, 0.4<a<0.55, 0.4<b<0.55, 0.02<c<0.05, a+b+c=1, and 0≤d<0.2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
