<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for adhering and laminating e.g. a thin film such as an electrolyte film composing an electrode of a fuel cell to a substrate being e.g. a separator in a state that there are no bending or creases at a peripheral edge. <P>SOLUTION: A means F for absorbing and holding a thin film (an electrode 1) has a second holding means (an ironing member 40) for moving outside around thereof. The ironing member 40 moves toward outside in a state of mounting the thin film (the electrode 1) on a substrate (a separator 4). Thereby, an electrolyte film 2a around the electrode 1 is pushed and expanded without creases and an adhesive 5 is leveled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
