<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate erosion in a gate part and a product shaped part by preventing eccentric injection of molten metal from the gate part to the product shaped part. <P>SOLUTION: A straightening part 5 of substantially serrated crosssection with a back pressure chamber 6 and a back pressure opening chamber 7 alternately arranged adjacent thereto is formed at the position immediately close to the gate part 4 out of a runner part 2. By passing the molten metal M through the back pressure chamber 6 and the back pressure releasing chamber 7 at the position immediately before the gate part 4, the linear motion energy by the inertia of the molten metal M itself is lost, and the molten metal M is uniformly injected from the gate part 4 to the product shape part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
