<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the reflectance of an optical glass for both of p-polarized and s-polarized light to ≤0.1% when light of a wavelength region of about 1,260 nm to 1,620 nm enters the glass. <P>SOLUTION: An antireflection film 11 layered on one surface of an optical glass 10 consists of a six-layer thin film of, from the glass face of the optical glass 10, a high refractive index film H, ultrahigh refractive index film UH, high refractive index film H, low refractive index film L, high refractive index film H and low refractive index film L. When the refractive index of the optical glass is ≥1.6, a low refractive index film for compensation of the refractive index is formed between the optical glass and the six-layer thin film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
