<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fishing pants having good appearance and favorable wearing feeling, and having little possibility of making the hip of a wearer get wet. <P>SOLUTION: The fishing pants are provided with a pants body 1 made of hygroscopic fabric. A waterproof fabric member 5 is laminated on the outside of the pants body 1 so as to partially cover at least the hip part 1a of the pants body 1. The waterproof member 5 is provided with a waterproof sheet 3 arranged at the side of the pants body 1 and a face fabric 2 arranged at the face side of the waterproof sheet.
