<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fragrance and a cleaning agent which are imparted to a cleaning body from volatilizing wastefully, and to provide the fresh fragrance and a cleaning action when required. <P>SOLUTION: This agent transfer device 10 has a container 12 which is attached to a cleaning body holder 20 and houses an agent, an agent impregnated member 13 which extends from the inside of the container 12 to an external closed space 16, and a transfer roller 14 which comes into contact with the agent impregnated member 13, and is freely rotatably disposed, making contact with a taking-out path of the cleaning body 21. Then, the agent transfer device 10 feeds the agent in the container 12 to the transfer roller 14 by the agent impregnated member 13 when the transfer roller 14 rolls accompanying the taking-out motion of the cleaning body 21.
