<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy assembling to a vehicle while suppress increase in weight, for miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: A hollow cylindrical joint coupling tube 65 allows interlocked rotation coupling of a rear propeller shaft 5 with a constant velocity joint 7. A hollow cylindrical clutch outer tube 67 is rotatably arranged. A shaft 69 is rotatably arranged inside the clutch outer tube 67. A friction clutch 71 connects/disconnects transmission of torque between the clutch outer tube 67 and the shaft 69.
