<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar-cell module at a low cost having a power-lead leading-out structure having excellent reliability on an electric insulation and workability and having a fire resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar-cell module, power lead members 116 for a positive electrode and a negative electrode for a solar cell are introduced into a terminal box composed of a hollow structure 128 made of an electric insulating material while a rear protective member is penetrated. The lead members are connected electrically at the terminal of a connecting cable on the outside separately introduced into the box. In the module, the rear protective member has a conductive reinforcing layer 111 having a through-hole 117, in which at least the power lead members are penetrated and composed of a conductive material. The hollow structure has a lead hole 118a for penetrating the power lead members, in which a center is aligned while being opposed to the through-hole. In the module, the center of the lead hole is aligned by a fitting structure in which a hollow cylindrical boss 118 formed at one end of the lead hole and the through-hole 117 are fitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
