PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method, a recording medium and communication equipment which realize automatic selection and automatic switching of terminals in accordance with the position and state of a communicating individual.

SOLUTION: The communication method includes an individual specifying step for using sensor information from a sensor device over a network to specify the individual, a device specifying step for specifying a device to be used by the individual specified among input-output devices over the network, and a communication step for using the specified device to perform communication.
