<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide quick and safety-oriented transmission monitoring by using a critical value of an error rate that can be set, for an error transmission data packet and a non-error transmission data packet. <P>SOLUTION: In response to a detected error transmission data packet (1) and a detected non-error transmission data packet (1), the preset and/or predetermined error-based critical value is monitored on a transmission medium while orienting safety. In order to monitor the transmission of a data packet between two network subscriber devices, within effective data (2) of each of the data packets (1), data sets (22, 23) expected by the network subscriber devices are transmitted, and the data sets (22, 23) are used to detect the error transmission data packet (1) and the non-error transmission data packet (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
