PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method capable of determining position attitude of each HMD in the state where a plurality of observers mounting head mount displays respectively exist. SOLUTION: HMD 1 where a sensor 12 for measuring the position attitude is mounted is imaged, and position information on an imaged image of each marker (any of 11a-11c) of the HMD 1 is determined, and the position attitude of HMD 4 is determined based on position attitude information of the HMD 1 determined based on the result measured by the sensor 12 and position information on the imaged image of each marker (any of 11a-11c) of the HMD 1.
