PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform loading and unloading of a disk tray. SOLUTION: A holding mechanism holding a disk tray in a device main body has an energizing member energizing the disk tray to the outside of the device main body, an engaging protrusion part 11 engaging and holding the disk tray, an engaging piece 41 energizing the engaging protrusion part 11 in the direction of engaging, a turn piece 42 controlling a turning range of the engaging piece 41 and engaging the engaging piece 41 with the engaging protrusion part 11 or releasing engagement of them, a plunger 45 turning the turn piece 42, and a pressing piece 46 engaging the turn piece 42 with the engaging protrusion 11 to press the engaging protrusion 11. When the disk tray is inserted into the device main body, the engaging protrusion part 11 presses the pressing piece 46, turns the turn piece 42, holds the disk tray in the device main body 7 by engagement of the engaging piece 41 and the engaging protrusion part 11, also, the plunger 45 turns the turn piece 42, unloads the disk tray to the outside of the main body by the energizing member energized in the direction of releasing engagement of the engaging piece 41 and the engaging protrusion part 11.
