PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the easily controllable merchandise display device of an automatic vending machine capable of surely positioning a merchandise selection button and corresponding merchandise information display. SOLUTION: This merchandise display device of an automatic vending machine is provided with a merchandise display tape 14 wound around a driving pulley 20 and a driven pulley, and provided with a plurality of merchandise information displays, wherein the merchandise display tape 14 is moved by driving a driving means so that the switching of merchandise information display corresponding to a merchandise selection button can be performed. In this case, the merchandise information displays adjacent to each other of the merchandise display tape 14 are arranged with equal pitches, and the pitches of the merchandise information display of the merchandise display tape 14 have a proportional relation with the perimeter of the driving pulley 20.
