PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a price pattern and a cooling/warming pattern in feeding an indicator having the cooling/warming pattern in its stretched configuration, and to smoothly feed the indicator in changing the price pattern. SOLUTION: A cooling/warming information indicator 19 constituted of a band body having a cooling/warming pattern is fed in its stretched configuration by a driving means. A price information indicator 45 having the price pattern on one face of a transparent plate is arranged at the front side of the cooling/warming information indicator 19. The other face of the transparent plate is overlapped on the cooling/warming information indicator 19 so that both the cooling/warming pattern and the price pattern transmitted through the transparent plate can be displayed. That is, even when a seal with a new price pattern is attached to one face of the transparent plate when changing the price information, the seal and the cooling/warming information indicator 19 are brought into non-contact with each other so that the seal does not disturb the feeding of the cooling/warming information indicator 19.
