PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the depth dimension of an unloading apparatus for a commodity without sacrificing the stability of stacked commodities. SOLUTION: This unloading apparatus for the commodity is provided with a pusher 50 moving back and forth along a mounting stand part 42 on which commodities 200 are stacked, and carries out the commodity 200 at the bottom by moving the pusher 50 forward while pressurizing the pusher to the lowest commodity 200. In the unloading apparatus for a commodity, a stand-by support member 100 is provided which supports, in its stand-by state, the front edge part of the lowest commodity 200 while the stand-by support member 100 maintains its projected state to the front area of the mounting stand part 42 and retracts from the unloading area of the lowest commodity 200 when the pusher 50 starts to move forward, and restores to the stand-by state when the pusher 50 starts to move back. When the pusher 50 starts to move forward, the pusher 50 is temporarily stropped at the front edge part of the mounting stand part 42, and then the pusher 50 is made to start to move back.
